For founders and startups

From idea to a working product in weeks, not months.

You have an idea and want to know whether it works before you spend months and a whole team on it. I build a first working version, an MVP, that real users can try. With AI assistants there is a working proof of concept within days, checked and tested by me. It is not a finished product, it is the first step.

Who it is for

One person who builds, no agency between you and the work.

As a founder you want to learn fast. That means starting small, showing something and adjusting. I work as a freelancer, so you talk to the person who builds, and you decide what comes first.

I make things of my own, too. Tracker, my own program for keeping track of work and bugs, is live and its source code is public. I built it the same way I would work for you.

What you get

From idea to first users.

You choose how far we go. Every step gives you something to show.

1

Idea session

Half a day to sharpen your idea, with a plan and a rough prototype you can click through.

2

Proof of concept

Within days a working version of the most important part, to test whether the idea holds. Not a finished product.

3

The first real version (MVP)

Building the core of your product in weeks: enough for real users to try, and no more than that.

4

Keep building or hand over

Afterwards we carry on together, or you pass it to a team of your own. The code is yours.

AI as a working method.

I work with AI assistants, but I do not sell them as a service. They take over the routine work, so a working prototype of the most important part can be running within days. I decide how it is put together and read and test every line myself. A proof of concept is not a finished product: real use still needs testing, security and review.

Tracker, my own tool for tracking work and bugs, had login by emailed code and data import and export on day one, and was live. I built a registration app for a school the same way.

How we work

Start small, learn fast.

Four steps. You always see what exists, so you can adjust in time.

01

Intro call

A 20-minute call: what do you want to build, for whom and what is the first thing that has to work?

02

First version

A working prototype of the most important part that you can try yourself.

03

Building in weeks

In short steps, with something new to look at and test regularly.

04

Live and learn

You put the first users on it and we look together at what matters most next.

Proof

What it looks like when I build it myself.

Two examples of products I took quickly from idea to a working program.

Tracker

A program for keeping track of work and bugs, built by me for my own use. On the first day it already had sign-in with an emailed code and was live. The source code is public.

A registration app for a school

An app I built for a school with AI-assisted development, checked and tested by me.
